The Fitting
The fitting is our step-by-step process for creating a service specific to our client’s requirements. We believe that no security solution is generic or off the shelf. Preparation, planning and communication are the key elements for successful outcomes
The fitting will occur after the initial client onboarding, during which we will review the client requirements. Once onboard, an in person, phone or online appointment will be conducted to start the ‘fitting’. Once the fitting process has been completed and all parties are satisfied, we can deploy operatives to be on the ground within 24 hours.
The fitting is also a process to identify if the client is requesting what they need or want. Often after onboarding and going through the “fitting”, with the client or client representative, it becomes apparent that what they need is similar, but not quite what they thought they wanted. Experience determines that clients ultimately trust our process to give them exactly what they want and need, it ensures that the service is not just specific to the client but also the operatives are perfect for the specification
